Everyone needs one French credit to graduate ... not sure which one to take?
The French department is well aware of the fact that many students do not willingly take French. Their distaste for the language often incorrectly leads them to choose the applied stream instead of the academic in grade 9 - and this can lead to unsuccessful results.
With few exceptions - amount of irregular verbs studied, pace of assignments - the two levels follow the same expectations. Therefore, if the rest of your choices are for academic levels, you should also take academic French.
You just never know ... you may learn to like it here at the Heights. :)
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact the school.
